Why did I choose to become an inspector?
I remember buying my first home and wondering if it was in good condition, if it was safe, and probably most of all if I was going to lose money on large repairs I didn’t know were necessary. Many homes in mid-Michigan are maintained and altered by the DIY homeowner and it’s not always done right. I decided to start Pioneer Inspection Services, LLC so I could provide all of my clients a better understanding of what is generally considered the largest purchase in your life.
